Meet the Author
Ernest J. Brake
Ernest J. Brake, DMin, is the author of The FULL POWER Plan and creator of the FULL POWER framework for bodymind vitality. He brings more than three decades of experience as a community health educator, strategic planner, and nonprofit leader.
His work helps people build healthier habits, clearer purpose, and greater energy through practical, evidence-based lifestyle change. His framework also helps adults and professionals in their 50s, 60s, and 70s address lifestyle-related risk factors connected with high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, excess weight, and chronic disease.
FULL POWER is distinctive because it connects lifestyle medicine with personal growth, helping people change not only what they do, but how they think, choose, relate, and live.
Ernest earned his Doctor of Ministry from Andrews University, studied psychology at the University of Waterloo, and is currently pursuing PhD studies in lifestyle medicine.
